As a fun way to get to know our guests on the podcast, I'll invite each one to start the podcast off by enjoying their favorite happy hour beverage with me. Or whatever they'd like to drink to relax for the podcast. I kicked off the podcast in Episode One with a recipe for a Transportini Mocktail.

Transportini (mocktail)
2.5 oz Seedlip Spice 94 (virgin spirits.) - similar to gin with its botanicals (or use your favorite gin if you imbibe!)
Splash of M'Tucci's Strawberry Basil Zero Proof Shrubs. Or make own shrubs.
1 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
Sprig of fresh rosemary
Lemon rind curlicue
Fill shaker with ice cubes. Add liquid ingredients. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds
Strain into a chilled martini or a croupe glass
Garnish with a sprig of fresh basil (reminiscent of a transit line route map) and a lemon peel curlicue
Sip and enjoy!
In Episode Two, Aaron Weinstein shared his recipe for a Virgin Sangria.

Virgin Sangria CX
Equal parts cranberry juice, apple juice, sparkling water
1 oz. of fresh squeezed lime
Splash of agave syrup or simple syrup
Pour liquid over cubed ice in a tall cocktail glass and stir
Garnish with 2-3 apple slices flayed on a toothpick
Voila - enjoy your (mock) Cocktail Experience!
Cheers!
